That's funny, we can't find anything like that on our site. Please make sure you've spelled the URL correctly. If not, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. #fail I can't write an introduction to a blog post that doesn't appear to exist. Sorry. #success!
##INTRODUCTION TO A WEBSITE: WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE DO, WHY YOU WANT TO SUBMIT TO US## We do primarily fiction and poetry submissions at the moment. We're open to any genre within that realm, but we prefer submission themes of social justice and mental health - topics that too often go unacknowledged or unmentioned in popular culture. We will review any story for consideration for publication, but we accept primarily short stories (less than 7500 words) and poetry (less than 35 lines). If you're interested, submit to the following email address. and include your best-before-date on your submission. We will either reply to you personally with a short questionnaire, or we'll notify the site owner of your preferred platform for publication and he/she will contact you directly with an offer for publication. If you want a quick response to your query, feel free to contact me at email@example.com Novels and flash fiction should be submitted as Word files to firstname.lastname@example.org Poetry should be submitted as .txt files (plain text only) to email@example.com.. ##POETRY SUBMISSIONS## We're interested in reprints, but we have a few rules that must be followed. 1. Reprints must have been accepted for publication elsewhere, or they must have won an award at a literary competition. This is because we want to make sure that the work is both publishable and award-worthy before you submit it to us. We are not keen on seeing multiple submissions of anything or pieces of unpublished work. If you do submit multiple poems, please indicate which is your preferred submission for our consideration - this way, if we're enthusiastic about one piece but not another, for instance, we'll know which one you want published with us. 2. Poems should be 35 lines or fewer. And please refrain from submitting poems that are 62 lines or more! It's a rarity to get a short poem accepted, and we'd rather pass on something that's too long than take on something that's not quite right for us. 3. We only accept one poem from each author per submission. And again, please don't submit multiple poems from the same author - the only exception being anthologies, where we might allow for a tie-breaker poem if both contributors have equal merit in their work. 4. Please do not submit your works to this site without contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
